สามคนร้ายแก๊งงัดอะไหล่แลกยา บ้าออกตระเวนก่อเหตุยามดึกจนมาจะเอ๋สายตรวจสน.ทองหล่อในซอยสุขุมวิท 16 เลยรีบซิ่งหนีทันที ตร.ต้องแจ้งวิทยุสกัดจับ-ขับรถไล่ล่ากันทั่วเมือง สุดท้ายมาจนมุมตรงจุดกลับรถสามแยกทองหล่อตัดพชรบุรี เพราะพยายามขับชนแผงเหล็กกั้นทางเสียหลักพุ่งชนกับแท็กซี่ จนกระเด็นไปอัดกับเกาะกลางถนนจนพังยับเยิน แต่ยังหนีไปได้ 1 คน ส่วนที่เหลือรับสารภาพ ยางอะไหล่ 1 เส้นแลกยาบ้าได้ 5-10 เม็ด

เมื่อเวลา 01.45 น.วันนี้ (26 ส.ค.) ขณะที่ ด.ต.ศิริวัฒน์ พึ่งพินิจ กับ จ.ส.ต.สุทัต คำภาแสง ผบ.หมู่ ป.สน.ทองหล่อ กำลังออกปฏิบัติหน้าที่ออกตรวจตราพื้นที่อยู่ภายในซอยสุขุมวิท 16 แขวงคลองตัน เขตคลองเตย ดูจากกล้องวงจรปิดก็พบรถเก๋งยี่ห้อโตโยต้า โคโรน่า สีขาวหมายเลขทะเบียน 5 จ-4833 กทม.ขับอยู่ในซอยดังกล่าวอย่างมีพิรุธ จึงเตรียมแสดงตัวเข้าตรวจค้น แต่เมื่อรถเก๋งคันดังกล่าวเห็นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจก็รีบเร่งเครื่องหลบหนีไป ทันที

เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจทั้งสองนายจึงรีบรายงานให้ ร.ต.อ.กรกช ยงยืน หัวหน้าสายตรวจ สน.ทองหล่อ รับทราบ ก่อนแจ้งวิทยุให้กำลังเจ้าหน้าที่สายตรวจ สน.ทองหล่อ ติดตามไปเพื่อสกัดจับทันที แต่คนร้ายยังไม่ยอมจำนนง่ายๆ รีบขับรถเก๋งคันดังกล่าวหลบหนีเข้าไปในซอยสุขุมวิท 22 ก่อนจะไปทะลุออกถนนพระรามที่ 4 มุ่งหน้าไปยังแยกกล้วยน้ำไท แล้วขับเข้าไปในซอยสุขุมวิท 71 ก่อนจะย้อนกลับเข้ามาที่ถนนเพชรบุรีตัดใหม่ฝั่งขาเข้าอีกครั้ง

ต่อมาคนร้ายได้ขับรถขึ้นสะพานข้ามแยกคลองตัน แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ก็ยังไล่ล่าติดตามไปอย่างกระชั้นชิด ทำให้คนร้ายต้องเปิดประตูรถแล้วโยนยางอะไหล่ทิ้งบนถนนถึง 3 เส้น เพื่อสกัดไม่ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ติดตามไปได้ จนกระทั่งคนร้ายได้ขับรถมาถึงบริเวณจุดกลับรถสามแยกทองหล่อตัดถนนเพชรบุรี ตัดใหม่ แขวงบางกะปิ เขตห้วยขวาง ซึ่งมีแผงเหล็กกั้นไว้ แต่คนร้ายก็ยังพุ่งชนแผงเหล็กเพื่อกลับรถไปยังถนนเพชรบุรีตัดใหม่ฝั่งขาออก จนเสียหลักพุ่งชนกับรถแท็กซี่ยี่ห้อโตโยต้า อัลติส สีเขียวเหลือง หมายเลขทะเบียน มจ-8754 กทม.ที่ขับมาทางตรงจนกระเด็นไปพุ่งชนเกาะกลางด้านหน้ารถพังเสียหายยับเยิน

จากการสอบสวนผู้ต้องหาทั้งสองคนให้การรับสารภาพ โดยนายญัตติ อ้างว่า พวกตนทั้งสองคน กับนายโน ไม่ทราบชื่อจริง นามสกุล เพื่อนอีกคนที่หลบหนีไปได้นั้น ปกติจะพักอาศัยอยู่ในซอยวัดด่าน ย่านสำโรง จ.สมุทรปราการ แต่ได้ชวนกันออกตระเวนลักยางอะไหล่รถยนต์ ในย่านอ่อนนุช พระโขนง สุขุมวิท เพื่อนำไปแลกกับยาบ้าย่านคลองเตย โดยยางรถยนต์ 1 เส้นจะแลกยาบ้าได้ 5-10 เม็ด โดยทำมาแล้ว 3-4 ครั้ง

ด้านนายขวัญชัย ให้การว่า ความจริงแล้ววันนี้นายโน จะมาขอเช่ารถตนเท่านั้น โดยทุกครั้งที่นายโนเอารถไปใช้ก็จะให้เงิน 500 บาท กับยาบ้า 5 เม็ด เป็นการตอบแทน แต่วันนี้ตนเห็นว่าไม่มีอะไรทำเลยขอตามมาด้วย โดยตนเป็นคนขับรถตระเวนไปเรื่อยๆ เมื่อเจอรถเป้าหมายแล้ว นายญัตติกับนายโน ก็จะลงไปงัดยางรถยนต์ จนกระทั่งมาพบเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจช่วงกลางซอยสุขุวิท 16 ด้วยความตกใจกลัวจับเลยรีบขับรถหนีจนมาประสบอุบัติเหตุชนกับแท็กซี่และ จับกุมดังกล่าว
